Do you have kids? I have two and I have no idea what I’m doing. Raising tiny humans is both incredible and terrifying at the exact same time.

Are you in a relationship? I’m very happily married to the man of my dreams, but sometimes, practicing the art of selflessness is tough work.

What are your interests? For me, nothing quite beats curling up on my couch with a brand new novel, sipping a hot cup of coffee and enjoying some much needed peace and quiet.

What are your core, foundational beliefs? Life is hard, and sometimes a little bit scary. Usually we just end up doing the best we can, and hope that no one notices our flaws and failures.

From discovering what makes you tick, to raising your own tiny humans, to trying to wrap your mind around why other people are the way that they are, I hope that when it’s time for you to leave, you know that you are completely and unconditionally loved. I want you to leave feeling refreshed in your soul. And, if the occasion calls for it, maybe a little bit challenged to be a better person than yesterday.
